Request for Tender: Unlocking Domestic Capital for Independent Media
IMS (International Media Support) seeks to establish a pool of qualified service providers through framework agreements to deliver recurring country-level research and advisory services focused on unlocking domestic capital for independent public-interest media. Through this tender, IMS aims to identify service providers capable of conducting in-depth market intelligence and capital ecosystem analysis in multiple countries, including but not limited to Armenia, Ukraine, Moldova, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Proposals should be submitted not later than 16 August 2026, 23:59:59 CET to: procurement@mediasupport.org.
Questions regarding this request for tender can be sent via email until 6 August 2026.
Proposals should be valid for no less than 30 days from the deadline for receipt of the tenders. IMS will strive to notify all bidders of the outcome of their tenders within 30 days after the closure of the tendering period.
