Request for Tender: Media monitoring system for Armenia, Moldova, Ukraine and Western Balkans
IMS (International Media Support) seeks to establish a pool of qualified service providers through framework agreements for provision of comprehensive media monitoring and analysis services, enabling independent media partners across the programme regions to better understand the information environment, identify and respond to emerging threats and inform strategic content production and audience engagement efforts.
Proposals should be submitted not later than 30 August 2026, 23:59:59 CET to: procurement@mediasupport.org.
Questions regarding this request for tender can be sent via email until 20 August 2026.
Proposals should be valid for no less than 30 days from the deadline for receipt of the tenders. IMS will strive to notify all bidders of the outcome of their tenders within 30 days after the closure of the tendering period.
